We are committed to hosting a positive, inclusive event for all presenters and attendees. Please feel free to contact one of the conference organizers via email if you have particular questions or requests.


All conference talks will take place in Dodd Hall Auditorium at Florida State University. You can find an interactive map of FSU’s campus here: http://campus.map.fsu.edu

Conference participants can access the auditorium via either stairs or ramps from University Way. The ramps approach the building from University Way. Wheelchair accessible tables as well as theater-style seats are available in the auditorium.

We will provide microphones for presenters, and will provide headphones for participants at their request.

Snacks during the day of the conference will be vegan or vegetarian. There will be vegan and vegetarian options available for all conference-sponsored meals.  Accepted speakers will be contacted about food allergies and sensitivities.

There will be a quiet space available throughout the conference.

Accepted speakers will be contacted regarding preferred names and pronouns, required equipment, transportation, materials in an alternate format, and other accommodations that will ensure full participation.
